Fishing the deep, clear water lakes in the morning gave us a few good fish but we found that the shallow fish had moved back out to the breaks without spawning. I am sure they will be back soon. Instead of fish in 5 feet, they were in 15 to 18.
Afternoons on medium-depth flats provided relief with many smallies up to 4 lbs and many rock bass.
